Player Movement

There will be limited player movement in Cosmic catch. The majority of the movement inputs from the player will come during the fishing phase where they are able to move the fishing hook horizontally. Then during the cooking phase, the player’s movement will be automatic, tied into animations after clicking on certain cooking stations

Fishing Mechanics

The core mechanic of Cosmic Catch is fishing. The player will cast their rod downwards into the depths of the cosmic ocean in search for rare fish to be served later in the cooking phase.

The second most important mechanic in Cosmic Catch is the cooking. During the cooking phase players will be able to prepare the fish they caught during the fishing phase to the customers liking.
